For more than a decade, SSC has needed to convert the Tuatura concept into a production version. The American company unveiled a 1,750-horsepower car at the Philadelphia auto show.
The tuatura has an aerodynamic coefficient of 0.279, has a carbon fiber body and a monococ chassis. The driver and passenger can sit on Board. Between them is a high center console, and the driver gets a steering wheel with flattened upper and lower parts. The driver can reduce the car's ground clearance by switching to Sport or Track modes, while the Front Lift mode lifts it off the ground by another 40 millimeters so that it can more easily overcome various obstacles.
The American creators say that even people 1.95 meters high who wear a protective helmet can easily happen in the car. Designer Jason Castriota designed the project itself. He has developed and other impressive models such as the Ferrari 599 or a Maserati GranTurismo.
Under the hood of the model is a 5.9-liter two-cylinder V8 that develops 1, 750 horsepower when powered by an E85 gasoline or 1, 350-liter gasoline engine with an octane rating of 91.
Representatives of the American manufacturer are convinced that the SSC Tuatura can exceed the speed of 483 km / h. At this hour, the speed record belongs to the Bugatti Chiron prototype, which reached 490 km / h.http://fiatforum.lv/http://fiatforum.lv/
